HHH, The Rock, Taker, Brock Lesnar, Hulk Hogan. RVD was never and Undisputed champion. He never unified the ECW title with the WWE title plus he would have also have to unify it with the World Heavyweight title and the TNA title which is damn near impossible.

Jericho and triple H were the only real undisputed champions because they won both WWF and WCW titles at the same time, after that it just became a name for the WWE title but that is just my opinion. RVD was not an undisputed champion because he only held two out of 3 world titles he would have needed all 3 to be undisputed.

RVD was never the Undisputed Champion. Chris Jericho was the very first one, when he defeated the Rock for the WCW Championship & Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship at Vengeance (2001) on December 9, 2001. Other Undisputed Champions r Triple H, Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, The Rock, & Brock Lesnar. ''Undisputed'' was removed from the title is name after it became exclusive to the SmackDown! brand on September 2, 2002, which resulted in the creation of the World Heavyweight Championship for the Raw brand.
